Basic Requirements
Age Requirement
Must be at least 18 years old
Legal Status
Legal right to work in Japan (Japanese citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)
Language Skills
Conversational Japanese and/or English proficiency
Experience
Minimum 1 year of childcare experience (professional or personal)
Availability
Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
Education Background
Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
Professional Certifications
Childcare license, teaching certificate, or nursing qualification
Safety Certifications
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Special Skills
Musical instruments, sports coaching, tutoring abilities, or special needs experience
Transportation
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
